2009 JPOA Matsuo Fellowship
The Matsuo Fellowship Committee would like to call for candidates for 2009 JPOA Matsuo Fellowship. The Japanese Pediatric Orthopaedic Association has allotted 200,000 yen per person. In 2009, one or two fellows from foreign countries will study orthopaedic treatment for cerebral palsy directed by Prof. Matsuo at Minamitama Orhopaedic Hospital for about four weeks. The hospital is located in Machida City, Tokyo.

The candidates for the fellowship should meet the following requirements:

Age under about 45 years
Major interest in pediatric orthopaedics especially in cerebral palsy
Scientific works related to pediatric orthopaedics
Satisfactory knowledge in English
Completed training program in orthopaedics
